London Shipping

We can sometimes provide a same-day London drop-off/pick-up service if requested. This can be provided at no extra charge for certain areas in North/North West/East London. Or at an extra cost for other areas. This is only available on certain products subject to availability at the time of ordering. To understand if this service is available for your desired product, send us an Instagram DM @XclusiveApparelUK Or an Email at info@xclusiveappareluk.com. We will be able to quote you a fee to drop off, as well as let you know if you're desired product is available for this service at the time of ordering. If this product is unavailable, we will be able to recommend alternatives that are available for same-day drop-off!

 

UK Shipping

UK delivery is free for all orders. Xclusive Apparel UK ships all items from within the UK using only tracked/signed for delivery services. We use a range of couriers including UPS, Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL and DPD to ensure you get your parcel in a timely manner. For most orders, you should expect to receive your item within 2-5 working days after placing your order. However, occasionally delivery may take 6-14 working days depending on the availability of the item. You will be sent constant updates regarding the progress of your order and will never be left uninformed. If your order contains more than 1 item, the items will be dispatched separately as they become available to ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible. Sometimes, we may drop off your items to you personally depending on the location of your shipping address.

 

International Shipping

International shipping costs vary depending on the destination and weight of the parcel, this price will be shown at checkout.

Xclusive Apparel UK ships all items from within the UK using only tracked/signed for delivery services. We use a range of couriers including UPS, Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL and DPD to ensure you get your parcel in a timely manner. Delivery times for International shipments can vary depending on the country, but generally are up to 5 working days longer than the timeframes listed above for UK shipping.

We are not responsible for any import fees you may be liable for if your delivery address is outside of the UK. It is your responsibility to pay any costs associated with the shipment in order to receive your package. If the product is returned to us, you will need to pay the shipment cost again in order for us to send the product back out to you again.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO COLLECT ANY PACKAGES WHICH COULD NOT BE DELIVERED DUE TO YOUR UNAVAILABILITY UPON DELIVERY. WE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY SUBSEQUENT PROBLEMS THAT MAY ARISE FROM THIS!
