Are your items authentic?

What is your returns policy?

We offer exchanges within 14 days for UK orders only. The customer must cover all postage costs associated with the exchange. All orders delivered to addresses outside of this region are final. You can view our full returns policy here.

How long will my order take to arrive?

For orders shipped to delivery addresses within the UK, most orders will arrive within 2-5 working days. However, orders can occasionally take up to 14 working days to arrive depending on the availability of the item. Do you offer same day London pick up?

We can sometimes offer a same day london pick up/drop off service - however this is dependent on the item availability/location. Extra charges may apply for drop offs.
