Are all of your items authentic?

At Xclusive Apparel UK we pride ourselves in only condoning the sale of 100% authentic items. 

The Trade Marks Act 1994 state it is a criminal offence to sell recreated items and we will never participate in doing so.

Every item sold originates from the trusted retailers and partners of its respective brand.

How long does shipping take?

UK Shipping

For most UK orders, your package will usually be delivered within 2-5 working days after placing your order (if your order consists of sweets only, delivery will be next working day for orders made before 12pm BST/GMT). However, due to the exclusivity of the items sold, delivery may take 6-14 working days depending on the availability of the item. We will update you constantly with the progress of your order and will be available to answer any quries you may have. For orders containing more than 1 item, the items will be dispatched separately as they become available to ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible (this doesn't apply to sweets, if sweets are ordered alongside an item from another category - they will be dispatched alongside the first item within the order to become available for dispatch). Occasionally, we may drop off your items to you personally depending on the location of your shipping address.

Do you offer same day London pick-up?

We can provide a same-day London drop-off/pick-up service if requested. 

This can be provided at no extra charge for certain areas in North/North West/East London. Or at a small extra cost for other areas. This is only available on certain products subject to availability at the time of ordering. To understand if this service is available for your desired product, send us an Instagram DM @XclusiveApparelUK Or an Email at info@xclusiveappareluk.com. We will be able to quote you a fee to drop off, as well as let you know if you're desired product is available for this service at the time of ordering. If this product is unavailable, we will be able to recommend alternatives that are available for same-day drop-off!

What is your returns policy?

Can I purchase an Xclusive Apparel gift card?

Yes, we can issue gift cards. Please contact us via email (info@xclusiveappareluk.com) or Instagram DM (@XclusiveApparelUK) and we'll be happy to assist you further!

Can I spread the cost of my purchase?

Yes, we now offer Klarna which will allow you to pay for your purchase in 3 monthly instalments.

How do the shoes fit?

I can’t find the shoe I am looking for?

If you can’t find the shoe style or size you are after you can either fill out our sourcing form, contact us via Email (info@xclusiveappareluk.com), or send us an Instagram DM (@XclusiveApparelUK) with your query and we’ll quote you a price to source them for you!
